MAKE THAT 50 … ASPIRING TO BE MOSHE

Sun Stud stallion, MOSHE, has produced his 50th individual winner for the season with classy 2YO, ASPIRATE, proving too strong over the 1150m at Devonport on Sunday.

Trained by Rowan Hamer, Aspirate has raced on just four occasions and was a lip second over 1200m at Launceston leading into Sunday’s win.

Aspirate is one of four winners for the Street Cry mare, Minnie Deal, a half sister to Melbourne 2YO stakes winner, Ulfah, and was bred by Peter Tobin.
Indeed, Aspirate hails back to the Tobins brilliant Drawn family which includes Full On Aces, Better Draw, Special Draw and Wise Draw.

Moshe, the only full brother to racing immortal BLACK CAVIAR standing at stud, was a Champion Victorian First Season Sire, Champion Second Season Sire and has over $3 million in progeny earnings.

Moshe stands this season at a fee of just $5,500 inc. GST with payment upon live foal.
